Effective communication skills for legal professionals
While most tend to think of public speaking as keynotes and speeches in front of large audiences, it is so much more.
This course will teach skills that translate into better interpersonal communication, including negotiating, interviewing and influencing, as well as oratory skills to give better business presentations, corporate seminars, legal arguments and persuasive speeches.
21 October to 2 December 2020, Wednesday evenings from 16:00 to 17:30 (seven sessions)
The course will consist of one 90-minute session per week for seven consecutive weeks.
Each session will start with a 45 to 60-minute lecture, followed by time for questions and discussion.
